For me, being a counsellor is
about acceptance, understanding and the potential for change.
I'm a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As an integrative practitioner I embrace a number of theories to help develop a trusting and effective working alliance. I love working in this way - it means that I'm not constrained by one particular theory and can adapt our work to provide you with the best support I can.
